They say if you drop a frog into a pot of boiling water, it’ll jump out instantly.
But if you place the frog in cool water and turn the heat up slowly…
it won’t notice the danger.
The water gets warmer.
Then hot.
Then boiling.
And by the time the frog realizes what’s happening, it’s too late.
It boils to death.
Now here’s the scary part:
That’s exactly how most people fall out of shape.
Not all at once.
But slowly.
You stop exercising.
You start eating out more.
You put off healthy habits because life is just so busy right now.
You feel a little more tired, a little more stiff.
The weight creeps up.
The energy slips away.
The “heat” rises… and before you know it, you’re stuck in a body that doesn’t feel like yours anymore.
But here’s the truth:
You’re not a frog.
You can jump out of the pot anytime you want.
All it takes is one small action to get started.
→ A short walk before dinner.
→ A healthy swap at the grocery store.
→ A few minutes of stretching in the morning.
Once the ball is rolling in the right direction, you can build from there.
